Anyone who tends to make, makes or has in his possession any one or more obscene writings, drawings, prints, paintings, printed issue, images, posters, emblems, photographs, cinematograph movies or any other item tending to corrupt morals is responsible of a misdemeanour and it is liable to imprisonment for five years or to the great of not less th
